Varsity Baseball Falls to Pope Francis Prep, 5-1

Springfield, Mass. – April 6, 2024 – On Saturday, Varsity Baseball ventured to Springfield to take on Pope Francis Prep. Strong pitching from Pope Francis was the difference, however, and the Eagles fell to the home team by a final score of 5-1.

 

Jake T. '26 pitched a solid game for the Crimson and Blue, going six innings, and yielding five runs (four earned) on 10 hits. Jake showed good control, earning six strikeouts against just two walks.
