Thirds Basketball Falls to Bement, Ends Season with Winning Record
DEERFIELD, Mass. – February 20, 2024 – Thirds Basketball faced a tough opponent at home on Wednesday, falling behind by more than 20 points in the second quarter.
The Eagles worked on slowing the pace of play in the second half, looking for safe passes and keeping the ball secure to prevent turnovers. Ultimately, their recovery fell short, however, and Bement secured a 39-26 victory.
But the team can be proud of a winning 6-5 season filled with learning and smart adjustments on the court.
